# : try to eat healthy and count calories during the week and binged today ,
even though i know its okay ,
i have anhard time controlling my binging when theres desserts and the people inlivebwith literally bought boxes and boxes of sweets ,
i need to have a healthier relationship with food and not binge but ive been dealing with this for 4 years ,
better than whatbit use to be! ,

im at a healthy weight but i cant see that ,

binging could also be related to stress from my teaching credential program ,
